Five Nut Butters

1. Coconut Cashew Butter

3 Cups Raw Cashew Nuts (water soaked for 2 hrs)

    1/2 Cup Raw Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
    1/2 tsp Vanilla
    1/2 tsp Himalayan Crystal Salt

    2. Honey Pistachio Butter
2 Cups Raw Pistachio Nuts (water soaked for 2 hrs)

    1/2 Cup Raw Organic Honey
    2 tsp Coconut Oil
    1/2 tsp Himalayan Crystal Salt

3. Cocoa Hazelnut Butter

1 Cups Raw Hazelnuts (water soaked for 2 hrs)

    1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
    2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    2 Tbsp Agave
    1/4 Tsp Vanilla
    1 Tsp Grated Cocoa Butter (optional)

    4. Salted Maple Pecan Butter
2 Cups Raw Pecan Nuts (water soaked for 2 hrs)

    2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup (or Agave)
    1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 Tsp Vanilla
    1/4 Tsp Himalayan Crystal Salt


5. Pumpkin Sunflower & Flax Butter 
1 Cups Raw Pumpkin Seeds (water soaked for 2 hrs)

    1/2 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
    1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seeds
    1/4 Tsp Himalayan Crystal Salt
    Sweeten to Taste with Honey or Agave
