Superfood Elixir Recipe



Most mornings & many evenings I love to indulge in a hot drink. I just love the feeling of holding my FAV mug, wrapping myself up in a soft throw, taking time to look into My Boo's Eyes across from me & feeling the warmth as I drink slowly...I'm more keen for the experience I reckon?! 


Regardless, at a certain point I started to tire of ingesting "just" tea or coffee...I felt that if I was going to make such a moment everyday I may as well have a real nutritional impact on my body. So I started to seek out coffee alternatives & came across lots of awesome ideas. Trial & error as some flavours don't exactly mix well in terms of taste (even if they are good for you! lol). 
This one below is one of my FAVS so hopefully you will like...

You Will Need...

Tea Pot

Rose Hip Tea

Raw Cocoa Butter

Blue Agave Nectar

Lucuma Powder

Raw Cocoa Nibs

Almond Milk


Coconut Oil

Raw Vanilla Bean

Acai Powder


Blender

Instructions:

Steep Rose Hip Tea in Tea Pot and combine with All Ingredients Minus the Almond Milk (I don't measure so use your creativity, you can't go too wrong promise!). Blend in a High Speed Blender on high. Add Almond Milk to taste, blend again. Cultivate your perfect atmosphere (candle, blanket, music, Lover, pooch, aroma's)...Pour & Enjoy! Happy Mid Week Everyone xo
