Why Water??


Very recently I have set about on a fun new adventure in my life. I'm studying again with hopes that my studies will lead me to a place of helping others heal their bodies from the inside out. My goal is to aid people in curing, healing & making their bodies all that they are meant to be and helping others to create a life that is more energetic & much more fulfilling then they ever imagined. And all of this through food, herbs, my very own hands & through WATER!

So as I begin my studies with Water I'd like to share some health facts that I think are simply amazing and hopefully helpful to all of you!
