I'm very excited about sharing these food pyramids with you tonight! I first discovered the Raw Vegan lifestyle 8 years ago as an experiment for myself. It was going to be an attmept at having more energy for my busy life as a new Mum with a newborn, toddler and busy home to run.

And an amazing discovery it was, I've been following ths lifetsyle off and on (mostly on) for nearly a decade now! I've often thought about how helpful life would have been back then to have a guide to follow or a food chart to post up as I experienced the highs and lows of not enough calories when the kids were little and a few too many in the later years of fine dining in Raw Gourmet Restaurants :) So here are a few food charts that have inspired me to write this post today. I hope you find them as helpful as I do NOW, lol!
When I think of how this knowledge changed my body, my mind, my energy & my life I am inspired to share it with everybody. It truly changed me forever.
