Juice Fasting, Beach Bumming & Sunshining!

Muir Beach, California

About 25 mins from my home on the North Bay is a BEAUTIFUL, MAGICAL place called Muir Beach. A tiny little space of beach with soft sand, gentle waves and lots of fun to be had in the sun. Tom Tom, Gunther & I love to pack up a few essentials and park our beach blanket often in this little space of the heaven.

3D Maps are COOL

On this particular day we were juice fasting for breakfast & lunch (something I promise to post about later, very cool thing to do every now and again!) so I packed 4 HUGE Mason jars filled with Watermelon Juice (on sale at Wholefoods at the moment, yay!) and Organic Veggie Juice (Kale, Lemon, Apple, Celery, Spinach, Carrot & Ginger) so we could drink some sunshine in the sunshine :)

Gunther played A LOT of frisbee (his FAV sport of all time) and managed to consume a lot of sand and a few drinks of salt water. We didn't even have to worry about him straying because he was so consumed with his frisbee passion that he stayed near the blanket trying to guard & bury his prize, brilliant!

Don't know if it was the Vitamin D, the nutrients from our juices going straight to our cells, or the energy & fun of the people around us but while driving home we couldn't help but feel REALLY high (I mean seriously high!)...but high on life if that makes sense?! Nice and recharged for the rest of the weeks tasks to conquer.
