Juicy

After Gym Juice:
Juice: Carrots, Bell Pepper, Kale, Ginger & Apple

I love juicing! How I feel, how I look, the act of dropping veggies in & seeing the liquid flowing out, but best of all the pure, beautiful way that it takes care of my body.

Some of the benefits of daily juicing & blending

I juice daily. Sometimes not both in a day (smoothie & veg) but veg is my no. 1 if I ever do choose esp when I am not gyming. When I stop this juicing routine I feel it, I truly do. And then I start again!

Morning Smoothie:
Blend: Spinach, Fresh Squeezed Oj, Banana, Mixed berries (I buy organic frozen in winter), Almond Milk, Chia Seeds.

If I could wish a couple of things for all humankind...one would be juicing :)

  2. Hi Hollie :) I'm so glad! I started juicing about 7 years ago when my babes were newborns and noticed an undeniable energy elivation (while having a newborn increased energy isn't very "normal"!) and I have done it off and on since :)
